It’s more than just the relaxing environment, comfortable amenities, and beautiful restorations we’ve done. We invite you to join us because you share our values. We are people-centered and believe in building relationships, not just fixing teeth. We truly want to get to know our patients and earn their trust. Our hope is that once you enter our practice, you will remain a part of our dental family for life!

Tired of seeing a different dentist every visit? We are a single-doctor private practice: this means the practice is 100% privately owned by Dr. Connie Feng, who will be the only doctor providing all restorative treatment needs at this office. Why does this matter? The benefits of being treated by your own long-term dentist are considerable. Your dentist’s familiarity with you and your treatment history means they are best placed to make treatment choices based on that knowledge, ensuring that you receive the highest level of dental care on an ongoing basis. We care if our work lasts because we hope to see you 5, 10, 20 years from now (and not have you be mad at us for something failing!). Due to rising costs in recent years, there has been a substantial increase in corporate and chain-type practices that have many rotating temporary providers and associates. No matter which practice you choose, we encourage you to find one with an experienced, permanent long-term provider.

With a marked increase in the number of dentists being signed to exclusive contracts, many people are finding themselves having less coverage if they switch from their own dentist to the insurer’s own contracted dentists (being “in-network”). While it might seem like an attractive financial prospect, your dental health could potentially suffer in the longer term because of the loss of care by your long-term dentist. From a health perspective only, you are far better sticking with the same provider who can offer the continuity of care you need. If you feel you are unfairly pressured to switch away from your dentist, you should send a letter of complaint to your insurer, making it clear that you don’t believe it’s fair that you receive lower benefits because you want to stay with your existing dentist. Secondly, find an insurance company with no coverage difference between contracted and non-contracted dentists and switch your policy.
